After a successful pilot of our new booking systems and on site Covid-19 processes for social distancing we are now pleased to expand your booking windows.
You can now book hire, launch and taster sessions before 08:30 on the day you plan to join us for some outdoor fun. Please note booking and payment via the website is still required at this stage.
Previously bookings were limited to midnight the night before your arrival.
We hope this additional flexibility of bookings will help those that are considering the weather on the day to make a pre-booking. Please note, if you arrive without a pre-paid booking you will he turned away. We are pleased to announce that we are making the first tentative steps to re-opening during the COVID-19 pandemic, however things will look very different for some time to come.
In order to protect customers and staff we are asking all customers to adhere to the government guidelines for social distancing.
At present we are not able to offer any group activities, British Canoeing Courses or land based activities such as archery, axe throwing and fishing. We hope to bring these back as soon as we can.
