Bushcraft

Come and join us for a half day of Bushcraft Skills at Tittesworth Watersports! Set in a tranquil setting at one with nature we could be doing any of the following based on the groups preferences and the conditions on the day, a great couple of hours in the woods however is guaranteed!

Fire Lighting - creating feather sticks, using fire steels and heating up our own hot chocolate and marshmallows! 
Shelter Building - making natural cordage and using the best sticks we can find to create a shelter big enough for all of our group which can with stand the 'inevitable rain'! 
Natural Navigation - discovering ways of navigating using trees, plants, stars and the sun. 
Foraging - exploring the local area for edible natural foods. 
Animal Tracking - identifying where animals have been due to behaviour of their tracks.
Camp Fire Cooking - ever tried chocolate bananas?!

What to Bring: Old clothes and an old pair of shoes you do not mind getting wet and dirty plus a full set of waterproofs. 
Minimum Age : Age 8 years old and up
