Due to the social distancing challenges raised with toilet facilities and the fact that changing rooms should remain closed we remain closed for all activities. We are currently reviewing whether we can return to limited hire and launch activities at the beginning of July. Please do not travel to the site and keep an eye out for further updates towards the end of June.

COVID 19 Update 12th May 2020
Further to the government’s and British Canoeing’s updated guidance announced this week we continue to remain closed while we understand this guidance and seek clarity on a number of points raised.Please continue to follow us for future updates as to when we will be able to reopen and in what capacity.
 
COVID-19 Update March 24, 2020
Due to the Government announcement last night, and the enforcement of social distancing, we have taken the responsible decision to close the centre for all activities and courses for the foreseeable future, for the safety of the public and our staff. This includes all coach led activities as well as hire, launch and fishing.
 
We will be back with our full range of activities in the future, we just don't know when yet! Once we know more on when these restrictions will be relaxed/removed and it's safe for us to operate and re-open we shall let you all know.

COVID-19 Update March 22, 2020
Due to the school closures announced last week we don't have a member of staff available to cover the centre on Monday 23rd March. We will therefore be closed.
 
We will be open between 10am and 4pm on Tuesday 24th March. In these exceptional circumstances please ignore the standard opening hours and consult either this notice and our facebook page which will be updated regularly.

COVID-19 UPDATE March 19, 2020
We are remaining open for you to continue to hire our equipment and launch your own craft. Please continue to adhere to the latest government advice regarding self isolation if you or a family member present with symptoms. 

We will be stocking up on antibacterial defences and ensure that all hired equipment is cleaned after use.
 
Please note we will now only accept contactless payments and not accepting cash to limit personal interactions.

COVID-19 UPDATE March 17,2020
To all our amazing customers. Following the recent advice from the government we are working hard to understand what the consequences will be for Tittesworth Watersports. We have not been officially told to close.......yet, but we must be prepared for all circumstances.

For the moment we remain OPEN as normal for hire and launch but as we negotiate this storm, you can expect some announcements on Facebook and our website in the coming days/weeks that affect our opening hours and activities.

If you have an upcoming course or group booking with us and are concerned as to whether you will be able to attend please do get in touch. Please also be rest assured if we need to postpone your booking we will be in touch as soon as we can.

The health of our customers and staff will always be our top priority and we want to make sure if we can remain open we can provide a service that helps our community stay healthy and active. Please if you are showing any signs of the virus reschedule your visit to us for another time.

Make no mistake, the coming months are critical for us as a small business. But we are all in the same boat, so please everyone:
- stay healthy and look out for each other
- support local businesses (butchers, shops, etc)
- help your community where you can
