Now that the summer holidays have ended there are some important changes to Launch, Hire and Courses that all our customers need to be aware of. These changes will take effect from Monday 7th September 2020.

Hire, Launch and Taster Sessions: From Monday 7th September these will revert back to being available on Wednesesdays, Saturdays and Sundays only. We will only be open for Canoe, Single and Tandem Sit on Top Kayak and SUP/Mega SUP hire, launch of all craft except inflatable kayaks and canoes, and taster sessions.

All hire, launch and taster sessions MUST be pre-booked and paid for online by 08:30 on the day of the activity. Details of what to do on your arrival are included in your booking confirmation email. If you haven't pre-booked you won't be allowed on site. Wetsuits will be available on the day for an additional charge.

Please note that we will not be offering changing rooms at present for anything other than taster sessions, for which there will be limited outdoor changing available. Each page will give you further details of what you need to do specifically for Hire, Launch and Taster Sessions, and what facilities are available to you.

Courses: From Monday 7th September we will be offering the following British Canoeing Courses: Discover, Explore, Sheltered Water SUP Award and Foundation Safety and Rescue Training. In addition we are offering Bespoke Skills Coaching Days with discounted group rates. First Aid Training Courses and Hill Walking Experiences and Navigation Courses also make a return. Again, we are asking for pre-booking/payment online and minimum group sizes for courses to go ahead with additional social distancing requirements.

School/College Group Bookings: We are currently able to work with your organisation and the learners in their allocated bubbles. Please contact us for a bespoke programme of activities.

Please check out our activity calendar for details of each course and availability. In order to protect customers and staff we are asking all customers to adhere to the government guidelines for social distancing.
